"The membership fee is extremely reasonable, considering that it gives you a year's unlimited playing time... plus access to lectures, interviews and coverage of major events."

Rest day by Chriss Lass
GM Teimour Radjabov, Yuri Rouvinski Day 5.5 in Dortmund. Today is a rest day for the grandmasters. However 60 amateur players had the chance to play once in their life against a chess legend. The time control of the blitz games was 2 minutes for the GMs and 5 minutes for the guest. So enjoy the pictures and click back tomorrow for my regular report from Dortmund with a special guest. BTW: If you take a close look at the picture with Radjabov you can see him playing with Yuri Rouvinski. Chess.FM fans know that he is sometimes commenting together with me live out of our "German booth". Yuri lost the game with a smile: "My position was too passive." Both players Radjabov and Yuri are born in the same city: In Baku, Azerbaijan. Chess trivia time. Do you know another popular chess player who was born in Baku? ;)
