Command:	i
Usage:	i <text>
Example:	"i wonder who will play a game?"

The "i" command is just like shout, except instead of displaying "Fred shouts:" in front of the text, it displays "--> Fred" (if your name is Fred).

For example, if your name is Fred, and you type:

i wonder who will play a game?

It will display:

--> Fred wonders who will play a game?

to everyone who is listening to shouts. "i" can be abbreviated with ":" (no following space is required).
