Basic questions about ICC commands and policies: Ask our online helpers in channel 1. For example, type: tell 1 How do I examine a game from my history?

Poor behavior of ICC members, such as profane language: Send an ICC message to Complain, or email Complain@chessclub.com

Suspected computer cheaters (people playing with a computer, but with no (C) label by their username) or ratings abuse in general: Send an ICC message to SpeedTrap.
