ICC Help: contacts

To report various types of problems or ask questions, here are the people to contact:

Problems or questions about your ICC membership fees: Send an ICC message to BrianSP, or email to briansp@chessclub.com

Problems or questions about your ICC interface software and logging in: Send an ICC message to Zek, or email zek@chessclub.com

Basic questions about ICC commands and policies: Ask our online helpers in channel 1. For example, type: tell 1 How do I examine a game from my history?

Poor behavior of ICC members, such as profane language: Send an ICC message to Complain, or email Complain@chessclub.com

Suspected computer cheaters (people playing with a computer, but with no (C) label by their username) or ratings abuse in general: Send an ICC message to SpeedTrap.

To change the email address ICC has recorded for you: Message your new address to an online administrator. You can see a list of administrators who are logged in by typing "who *H". (Don't message Jeeves or ROBOadmin. They are robots).

Suggestions for improving the ICC: Send an ICC message to the "suggestion" account.

For cooperative deals such as mutual promotion, special tournaments, chess federation arrangements, etc., contact LateKnight, LateKnight@chessclub.com
