Former world under-16 junior champion GM Ronen Har-Zvi has a reputation
of being one of the toughest simultaneous masters on ICC with whitewash
scores of 30-0 and 28-0 to his name. Ronen is Indiana-Jones on ICC.
So, we've decided to test how good he really is by asking ICC members
to Take the Ronen Challenge with monthly simul series with lots of
membership extension prizes on offer for the victors.
Every last Friday of the month at 20:00 EST, Ronen will take on 30 all-comers
(restricted to 2100 rating or below) in a simul
(time control 45 20), with the winners receiving a 3-month membership.
Those who will be able to get a draw, will get 1 month free membership.
Time control: 45 20
Allow to play: 30 boards 2100 rating or below
Start time: 20:00 ICC time last Friday of the month
How to enter: Type "+ch 3" to see when the simul will be open.
As soon as the Simul opens (5 minutes before start time),
type "tell SimulBot join".
